In this episode we’re kicking off another new series that’s all about feelings! Sometimes our feelings can be overwhelming and confuse us, making it difficult to express what we’re really going through. So how do we become welcoming towards whatever it is we are actually feeling in the moment? How do we face it, acknowledge it, engage with it, feel it, and allow it to be what it is, and then consciously and intentionally move from there? 

This series centers around becoming empowered and making choices about how we authentically interact with our feelings, the relationship we have internally with them, and how we express them externally. We’ll be covering anger, passion, fear, excitement, anxiety, joy, sadness, and acceptance. So tune in as we feel all the feels together!

In this episode, we talk about:

  • What the new series is going to look like and how we got here.

  • The importance of showing up authentically so that your external self-expression can match your internal reality.

  • Amy and Lauren’s own feelings about feelings!
