Meet Amy

I’m Amy Breeze Cooper. I’m a mom, stepmom, business executive, avid Cross-Fitter, world traveler, and host of the Soul Path Parenting Podcast. I’m on a mission to bring inspiration, insights, and ideas to parents who want to raise their own consciousness and raise spiritually connected children. I have found parenting to be the most amazing, joyful, challenging, exhausting, and rewarding thing I’ve ever done.

I have four wonderful kids: ten, eight, five, and four years old, alternating girl-boy-girl-boy. “The Bigs” (the older two) came into my life when I married my husband; “the Littles” (the younger two) were “DIY.” Parenting is a passion for me and Soul Path Parenting is a calling. I heard the call and I’m answering. I hope you’ll join me on the journey.

Hi, I’m Lauren, and I am a certified Conscious Coach that loves helping others connect to their deepest truths, transform core beliefs that are not serving them, and find authentic ways to actualize their dreams.

I am a wisdom student, sharer of what I am learning, mystic, ever-evolving daughter of life and the stars, storyteller, conscious parenting coach, healer, wife, mother, dog mom, avid chocolate chip cooker baker and eater, yoga and poetry enthusiast, seeking to participate in the emergence of new ways of being and loving.
